SecLine.Free ("we", "our", or "us") operates the SecLine.Free mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App.

We do not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use the basic VPN functionality of the App.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

When you use our App, certain information is collected automatically:

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID), and mobile network information.
• Usage Data: App interaction data, including pages visited, features used, and connection duration.
• Crash Logs: In case of app errors, we collect diagnostic data to improve stability. This data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted automatically.

1.3 VPN Connection Data

We do not log or store:

• Your browsing history or online activity
• DNS queries
• IP addresses you visit
• Data content transmitted through the VPN tunnel

2. Third-Party Services

2.1 Google AdMob

Our App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and process data including:

• Android Advertising ID (AAID)
• IP address (for geo-targeting and fraud prevention)
• Device and account information for ad measurement
• App interaction data for ad relevance

2.2 OneConnect API

Server list updates are fetched via OneConnect API. The API request includes a package identifier for licensing purposes. No personal user data is transmitted in these requests.

2.3 ipinfo.io

On app launch, we may query ipinfo.io to determine your geographic region for service availability purposes. No personal data is stored from this query.

3. How We Use Information

• To provide and maintain the VPN service
• To display relevant advertisements via AdMob
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• To comply with legal obligations

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with:

We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your data. VPN traffic is encrypted using OpenVPN 3 protocol. Local data (check-in records, server cache) is stored in the app's private storage directory, inaccessible to other apps.

• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Opt out of personalized advertising (via Android device settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization)
• Withdraw consent at any time

Our App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
